This MacMillian Advisory SDN BHD offers WeCare Service Contract (“We Care Service Contract”) which provides coverage for parts and labor in respect of the covered Product stated on the Authorized MacMillian Merchant Sales Invoice/Receipt for covered inherent mechanical and electrical defects only and only to the extent provided by the manufacturer of the Product; and extends that Coverage for a further period commencing upon the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty and ending on the WeCare Service Contract Expiry Date in accordance with the WeCare Service Contract Plan selected for that Product.

One For One Replacement Warranty
This One For One Replacement Warranty service contract (“Replacement Warranty”) provides for the replacement of the Product purchased by you if found to be defective during the term of two (2) year(s) from the date of purchase. When the Product failure occurs due to an electrical or mechanical defect, You will receive a brand new replacement product of like kind, quality and value. Once the Product has been replaced, the Contract will automatically terminate.
